End-to-End Housing Development
Via Verde manages every stage of the housing development process in-house — design, engineering, permits, financing, construction and finishing. Built around our own prefabricated concrete and basalt fiber system, our approach reduces construction time, lowers long-term maintenance costs, and delivers consistent quality across every unit. We work with developers, investors, institutions and organizations looking to deliver sustainable housing in Aruba.
Design & Engineering
Architectural design, structural calculations and production drawings are prepared in-house and submitted for approval. Because our engineering is built around our own prefabricated system, designs are optimized for constructability from the first sketch reducing revisions, delays and cost overruns later in the process.
Prefabricated Construction System
Our building system uses solid precast concrete panels reinforced with basalt fiber instead of steel. Basalt does not corrode, which eliminates rust and concrete cancer the most common cause of long-term structural failure in coastal climates. The panels are lighter and faster to install than conventional construction, shortening build times while delivering twice the tensile strength of traditional steel reinforcement.
Permits & Project Financing
Via Verde guides projects through permit acquisition and financing, working with established local partners including Happy Realty, Banjolux and Apex. Handling these stages alongside design and construction keeps the process moving without the coordination gaps that typically arise when each phase is contracted separately.
Construction & Delivery
From groundwork and foundation through technical installations and final finishes, construction is managed by our own team. Every home includes a full electrical system to NEN standards, air conditioning connection points, and a separated black and grey water system that allows water reuse for landscaping sustainability built into the infrastructure, not added on afterwards.
